The General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.tavika.si have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB1), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

The purchase order is concluded in the Slovenian language and is binding on both the buyer and the seller.

We reserve the right to withdraw the received order in cases where the ordered products are not in stock and there is a technical or other error when entering stock. Partial or complete withdrawal from the order may also occur in the event that there is an obvious error in the price list or the purchase order has not been fulfilled in accordance with the general conditions.

Online sales on www.tavika.si are carried out by Tavika d.o.o., with registration number 8878498000. The company is liable to pay VAT (ID: SI 47075341).
On the website www.tavika.si you can see our offer, information on items and prices. The conditions of purchase are determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
It is not necessary to register on the website www.tavika.si to make a purchase! You agree that you will receive notifications about news, benefits, prize games and other activities to your e-mail address (obtained at the time of your purchase on the website www.tavika.si). You can unsubscribe from the news at any time.
After reviewing the offer, select the “add to cart” option next to the desired products. The selected products are collected in a basket that you can check and edit the products in at any time (change the quantities of products and / or remove them from the list). When you’re done shopping, select the “cart” option, where you organize your products and your information. By clicking on the “next step” button, you will add the method of payment and delivery and make the actual purchase.
The following payment methods are available in the online store www.tavika.si:
- cash on delivery – by cash or credit card
- by proforma invoice, which you will receive at your e-mail address immediately after the purchase is completed,
- by credit card (payment with all major credit cards is available – MasterCard, Visa…).
Only a lump sum payment is possible. Until the full purchase price is paid, the products are the property of Tavika d.o.o. The goods are delivered at the agreed time. We reserve the right to extend the time limit to 60 days or more, due to technical or other errors in the procedure, or. due to lack of stocks. In this case, we undertake to inform the client accordingly. Please let us know if you have not received any notification from us and more than 3 business days have elapsed since your purchase.
Cash on delivery
When paying by cash on delivery, your package will be forwarded as soon as possible. You will pay the purchase value to the package delivery person. If you are not at home then, they will leave you a notification about the received package, or. where can you download it, or whom you call for re-delivery. In the case of payment on delivery, you will be charged a commission, which will be displayed when you make an online purchase on the website www.tavika.si.
Cash in Advance
After placing your order, we will send you a pro forma invoice to your e-mail address, which you will pay into the company’s business account. The products are sent to you after receiving the full payment of the purchase price. In case of payment by proforma invoice, we will send the package as soon as possible after receiving your transfer.

Enter the cardholder, card number, CVC code (three-digit number on the back of the card in the signature area) and card validity. You can choose this method of payment if you are making a purchase as a natural or legal person.
By placing an order in the online store www.tavika.si, you undertake to pay the purchase price when selecting payment on delivery upon receipt of your goods. When accepting the shipment, be sure to sign the accompanying delivery documents (delivery note).
You are obliged to visually and numerically inspect the goods before taking them over, and to record any visible damage to the packaging or goods.
All prices are expressed in EUR (Euros).
Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation (purchase completion).
Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions.
In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the seller will notify the buyer. The seller will do his best in any case to provide the buyer with a lower price or. offer an appropriate solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.
The listed prices of items in the online store tavika.si are stated in euros (€) and already 22% value added tax. Prices are valid until canceled.
Prices are for information only and are subject to change without notice. The offer and prices are valid until withdrawal or cancellation. The validity of the product price is valid at the time of purchase.
The price does not include the cost of delivery, unless it is written so.
RETURN OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
If the buyer has already received the amount or goods and withdrawn from the contract, he must return the receipt to the seller within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. In this case, the buyer at his own expense undamaged (the product must not have visible traces of use) sends the goods in the original packaging, at his own expense, to the address Tavika d.o.o., Zgornji Brnik 22, 4207 Cerklje na Gorenjskem. Returned goods must be returned undamaged and in unaltered quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the fault of the buyer.
It is also not possible to return goods that have been specially made at the customer’s request (to order).
Goods ordered in the online store www.tavika.si go on the road in the shortest possible time. If it is in stock, usually the same day. When the order is shipped, we notify the customer by e-mail. In addition to the purchase amount, we also add the shipping cost unless otherwise stated for the product. For product orders, the cost of postage is € 3.90, and for cash on delivery, the cost of postage and payment on delivery is a total of € 6.90! You are not obliged to pay the additional costs of sending the ordered items from the online store www.tavika.si to the delivery person. The customer receives the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of postal companies. Delivery services are provided by DPD, but also by any other delivery company.
The seller is not responsible for delays by the postal service provider or for damage to the packaging. The buyer should inspect the received goods immediately and, in the event of any damage, immediately contact the delivery service provider, where together with the customer they draw up a report on the damage to the shipment. Upon receipt of the delivered goods, you will also receive an original invoice with all the information and in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed when placing the order, or. you will only receive this by e-mail after receiving the order.
The company www.tavika.si will deliver the ordered goods to you within 2 to 5 working days after receiving the order or. after payment has been received in the case of payment by bank transfer, if the goods are in stock.
If the ordered goods are not currently in stock, we will notify you of the planned delivery by e-mail or telephone.
Tavika d.o.o., I undertake to permanently protect all personal data, including e-mail. These will be used exclusively for sending information material, campaign offers, prize games, invoices and other necessary communications. Under no circumstances will customer data be passed on to a third party.
The seller complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
The seller is obliged to establish an effective system for handling complaints and to appoint a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint procedure is available via an online form in the “Contact Form” section, which is easy to use and confidential. The seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to deal with it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure. The seller is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the seller strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the District Court in Kranj has jurisdiction.
